作者将0.1μg或1.0μg重组2型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-2)糖蛋白D(gD-2t)置于佐剂SAF-m(Syntex佐剂配方-m)或盐水中,分别于0和28天皮下接种Hartley品系雌性豚鼠(5周龄,300~350g)。另两组豚鼠接种SAF-m或不接种作为对照。第2次接种后2周用HSV-2MS株作阴道内攻击。 结果表明,接受gD-2t和SAF-m的豚鼠产生的抗gD-2t抗体滴度高于接受gD-2t和盐水的豚鼠。在免疫接种后65天,前者的抗体滴度达到高峰,为12万~32万。另外,接种gD-2t和SAF-m的豚鼠只产生轻微的阴道
The authors placed 0.1 μg or 1.0 μg recombinant HSV-2 glycoprotein D (gD-2t) in adjuvant SAF-m (Syntex adjuvant-m) or saline at 0 and 28 Hartley strain female guinea pigs (5 weeks old, 300-350 g) were inoculated subcutaneously. The other two groups of guinea pigs were inoculated with SAF-m or non-vaccinated as controls. Two weeks after the second vaccination, the HSV-2MS strain was intravaginally challenged. The results showed that guinea pigs that received gD-2t and SAF-m produced higher titers of anti-gD-2t antibodies than guinea pigs that received gD-2t and saline. At 65 days after immunization, the former antibody titer peaked at 120,000 to 320,000. In addition, guinea pigs vaccinated with gD-2t and SAF-m produced only mild vaginal discharge
