中国设备管理协会根据国家经贸委国经贸科[1992]320号文件关于重点企业开发推广项目的安排,主持开发设备诊断工程软件库.经过总承担单位辽阳石油化纤公司及各参加单位两年多的努力,该库中由辽阳石油化纤公司为主承担的ZZB-1振动诊断工程(旋转机械)软件包和以抚顺石油化工公司为主承担的HZB-1红外诊断工程软件包已经完成,总称为ZGK-110设备诊断工程软件库.中国设备管理协会邀请国内著名学者和专家,于1996年7月9～11日在辽阳石油化纤公司对该软件库进行了评审,中国设备管理协会副会长兼秘书长郑庆甦,中国设备管理协会副会长兼技术委员会主任、中国工程院院士徐滨士出席会议并讲了话.评审会上进行了两个软件包的演示介绍、问题解答,并由评审组组长黄文虎院士、副组长夏松波教授和柯伟研究员主持,分别就“两包”的开发思想、技术结构、功能水平、实用化程度、应用推广价值和效益前景等问题进行了评审.

China Equipment Management Association invited domestic famous scholars and experts to review the software library at Liaoyang Petrochemical Fiber Company from July 9th to 11th, 1996. Vice President and Secretary of China Equipment Management Association Chang Qingsu, Vice President of the China Association for Equipment Management and Director of the Technical Committee, and Academician Xu Binshi of the Chinese Academy of Engineering attended the meeting and delivered a speech. At the assessment meeting, presentations and answers to the two software packages were presented and the assessment team leader, Academician Huang Wenhu. Deputy Chairperson Xia Songbo and Professor Ke Wei presided over the development thinking, technical structure and function of the “two packages” respectively. Flat, practical degree of application value and benefits of prospects and other issues were reviewed.
