本文阐述了当代中国民族关系的发展进程,指出“平等、团结、互助、和谐”社会主义民族关系本质特征的新表述,与过去的提法相比,既是一脉相承的,又是与时俱进的,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。分析了现阶段我国民族关系在总体和谐的情况下,也还存在一些不大和谐的因素。提出了新形势下进一步巩固和发展我国社会主义民族关系的若干对策。
This article expounds the process of the development of the ethnic relations in contemporary China and points out that the new expression of the essential characteristics of the socialist ethnic relations of equality, solidarity, mutual assistance and harmony, as compared with the past ones, is not only the same spirit but also the one that keeps pace with the times , Has important theoretical and practical significance.
