在新课改的引导下,中小学语文也转变了传统的课堂流程,逐步重视了对于新教育理念的吸收和引进。针对小学和中学阶段的语文教师而言,新教育理念已经逐步渗入了语文课堂,同时也提出了更高层次的教师素质要求。作为中学和小学的语文教师,不仅应当掌握最根本的语文大纲知识,同时还需要提升全方位的教学素养。针对中小学语文教师,探析了新教育理念引导下的语文教师必备素质;结合新教育理念的落实情况,探求了提升语文教师综合素养的可行途径。
Under the guidance of the new curriculum reform, primary and middle school Chinese have also changed the traditional classroom process, gradually emphasizing the absorption and introduction of new educational concepts. For primary school and secondary school language teachers, the concept of new education has gradually infiltrated the Chinese classroom, but also raised a higher level of teacher quality requirements. As a language teacher in middle school and primary school, not only should we master the most basic knowledge of Chinese syllabus, but we also need to improve our teaching quality. Aiming at primary and middle school language teachers, this paper explores the essential qualities of Chinese teachers under the guidance of new educational concepts. In combination with the implementation of new educational concepts, it explores the feasible ways to enhance the overall quality of Chinese teachers.
