常规检查中,发现屋面设备管道支架安装不规范,未严格按照国标图集进行施工安装,下面结合实例分析。(1)冷却塔支座安装不规范,应采用无收缩灌浆料填实(图1)。冷却塔调平后,其弹簧减震器下的钢板支座与冷却塔条形混凝土基础之间存在缝隙,应采用无收缩灌浆料填实。(2)现场消防水管道支架安装不规范,见图2。
Routine inspection found that roofing equipment pipe bracket installation is not standardized, not in strict accordance with national standard atlas construction and installation, the following combination of case analysis. (1) Cooling tower bearing installation is not standardized, should be filled with non-shrink grouting material (Figure 1). After leveling the cooling tower, there is a gap between the steel plate support under the spring shock absorber and the strip concrete foundation of the cooling tower, and the non-shrink grouting material should be used to fill it up. (2) Site fire water pipe bracket installation is not standardized, see Figure 2.
