在复杂多变的金融危机环境下,把财务战略直接和企业战略放到一起加以分析,系统地分析研究企业财务战略,可减少企业财务危机的出现,同时也将有助于企业构建核心竞争力,创造价值,最终实现企业财富最大化。本文分析了财务战略的内涵,以及金融危机下大华企业面临的财务困境,最后提出了大华企业在金融危机下的财务战略。
