渝苏162系重庆市甘薯研究中心于1997年从江苏省农业科学院粮食作物研究所提供的苏薯4号随机集团杂交的种子中选育出来的甘薯新品种。介绍了对该品种的生产力和其他特征经济性状的鉴定结果。在2002—2003年的重庆市区试中,与对照品种南薯88比较,渝苏162的鲜薯产量在2002年、2003年分别增加3.47%、-7.96%,薯干产量分别增加12.57%、2.71%;藤叶产产量在2年内平均增加2.16%;生物鲜产产量在2年内平均增加0.18%,和对照基本持平;淀粉产量在2年内平均增加9.12%。此外,渝苏162在2年内的平均上薯率为77.72%,平均薯块烘干率为31.62%,平均薯块出粉率为18.49%。2003年检测结果显示,渝苏162薯块硒含量0.111 0 mg/kg,粗蛋白含量1.02%,可溶性糖含量7.74%。总体看来,渝苏162萌芽性好、结薯较早、抗黑斑病、耐贮性较好、熟食适口性好,因而适宜作为食用和食品加工型甘薯种植。
Yu-Sui 162 Department of Chongqing Sweet Potato Research Center in 1997 from Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute of Food Crops provided random number Shu Su 4 random seed of the new hybrid sweet potato breeds. The identification results of the productivity and other characteristic economic traits of the variety were introduced. Compared with the control variety “Xiapotou 88” in 2002-2003, the yield of fresh potato in YuSu 162 increased by 3.47% and - 7.96% respectively in 2002 and 2003. The output of dried potato increased 12.57% 2.71% respectively. The production of vine leaves increased by 2.16% on average in 2 years. The fresh production of living organisms increased 0.18% on average within 2 years, which was basically the same as the control. The average starch production increased 9.12% within 2 years. In addition, the average potato yield of Yu-Su-162 in two years was 77.72%, the average drying rate of potato was 31.62% and the average yield of potato was 18.49%. The results of the test in 2003 showed that the selenium content of Yushu 162 potato was 0.111 0 mg / kg, the crude protein content was 1.02% and the soluble sugar content was 7.74%. Overall, Yu-Su-162 sprouting good, early tuber, anti-black spot disease, good storage stability, cooked palatability, and therefore suitable as food and food processing sweet potato cultivation.
