人力资源管理、企业文化的建设都是企业的重要组成部分,并且两者有着密切的关系。在市场经济不断发展,经营理念不段发展的过程中,怎样建设企业文化,推动人力资源的管理,也成为现代企业发展的重要课题。本文通过对企业文化建设与人力资源管理之间的问题分析,对企业文化建设中的人力资源问题进行了完善及措施提出了一些建议。
Human resource management, corporate culture are all important parts of the enterprise, and the two are closely related. In the continuous development of market economy, business philosophy is not the development of the process, how to build corporate culture and promote the management of human resources, has become an important issue in the development of modern enterprises. Based on the analysis of the problems between the construction of enterprise culture and the management of human resources, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the perfection and measures of human resources in the construction of enterprise culture.
