当前,大学生就业问题受到全社会的广泛关注,就业压力成为大学生在求职过程中必须面对的问题。2015年,各大高校的毕业生人数多达749万,就业的竞争压力空前巨大。在求职就业队伍当中,包括研究生、本科生以及往届毕业生;相对而言,高职院校毕业生缺乏一定的竞争力。以高职院校建筑专业学生就业为例,采取有效提升就业率的办法,以期能够积极解决就业难问题。
At present, the employment problem of college students has drawn extensive attention of the whole society. The employment pressure has become a problem that college students must face in their job hunting process. In 2015, the number of graduates in major colleges and universities as many as 7490000, the unprecedented competitive pressure on employment. In the job search and employment team, including graduate students, undergraduates and past graduates; relatively speaking, the lack of a certain degree of competitiveness of higher vocational college graduates. Taking the employment of construction majors in higher vocational colleges as an example, this paper adopts an effective method to enhance the employment rate so as to solve the problem of employment hard.
