采用丙烯高温氯化法生产甘油时,所用原料、中间产品和副产物共有十多种化合物,其中有些化合物对设备有腐蚀作用,且逸散到空气中,污染了环境。这些化合物的性质和毒性都不相同,其中以3-氯丙烯和环氧氯丙烷的毒性最大。在卫生学调查时,需测定其浓度。比色法测定其中某种或同时测定几种化合物的含量较为困难,而气相色谱法则可避此弊病,方法也较简便。
In the production of glycerol by the high-temperature chlorination of propylene, there are a total of more than 10 compounds used as raw materials, intermediate products and by-products, some of which have a corrosive effect on the equipment, escape to the air, and pollute the environment. The properties and toxicity of these compounds are different, with 3-chloropropene and epichlorohydrin being the most toxic. In the hygiene investigation, the concentration needs to be measured. It is difficult to determine the content of several compounds in a colorimetric method or simultaneously, and the gas chromatography method can avoid disadvantages and the method is simpler.
