锯板坑急倾斜薄矿脉过去采用浅孔留矿法,形成了大片采空区,威胁采场安全,而且矿石的损失和贫化的问题愈发突出,严重影响矿山经济效益。为有效控制矿石损失与贫化,提出采用上向水平进路充填采矿法代替原来的浅孔留矿法。该方法选用LH201E型电动铲运机运搬矿石,实现了矿岩分采;穿脉的合理布置,有效提高了探采结合的程度;水平孔浅孔爆破结合光面爆破技术,减少了对围岩的破坏及围岩的混入,矿石损失率和贫化率分别控制在8%和10%左右;胶结充填处理采空区提高采场的稳定性,有利于矿山安全持续生产。
In the past, the shallow slab vein of the saw pits pit adopted the shallow hole retention method to form a large area of goaf, which threatened the safety of the stope. Moreover, the problems of loss and depletion of the ore became more and more serious, which seriously affected the economic benefits of the mine. In order to effectively control the loss and depletion of ores, it is proposed to adopt the upward horizontal approach to fill mining instead of the shallow shallow retention. The method selects the LH201E electric scraper to transport the ore and realizes the ore separation; the reasonable arrangement of the perforations can effectively improve the combination of exploration and mining; the shallow hole blasting of the horizontal hole combined with the smooth blasting technique reduces the influence on the area Rock destruction and surrounding rock mixing, the ore loss rate and the depletion rate were controlled at 8% and 10%, respectively; cemented filling treatment of goaf to improve stope stability, is conducive to mine safety and sustainable production.
