低剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床价值分析

目的:观察不同剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及应用价值。方法:将82例我院门诊收治的子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组41例。对照组采用高剂量米非司酮治疗;治疗组采用低剂量米非司酮。观察两组的治疗效果并进行对比分析。结果:治疗组患者子宫肌瘤病情控制效果略高于对照组,组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后激素水平改善幅度明显大于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:应用低剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效明显,具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective: To observe the curative effect and application value of different doses of mifepristone in treating uterine fibroids. Methods: 82 cases of uterine fibroids treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with an average of 41 cases in each group. The control group with high-dose mifepristone treatment; treatment group with low-dose mifepristone. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The control effect of uterine fibroids in treatment group was slightly higher than that of control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The improvement of hormone level in treatment group was significantly greater than that in control group ). Conclusion: The application of low-dose mifepristone treatment of uterine fibroids obvious effect, has a certain clinical value.
