目的:建立19批不同产地来源防风的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用JIANGSHEN BDS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水,梯度洗脱,检测波长为254nm,流速1.0mL.min-1。结果:对19批防风进行聚类分析和相似度计算,黑龙江拜泉等地17批药材归为推荐品,而陕西和重庆防风归为非推荐品,结果与含量测定结果一致。结论:防风的HPLC指纹图谱可用于防风的质量控制与分类评价的依据。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprints of 19 batches of windbreaks from different origins. Methods: The samples were separated on a JIANGSHEN BDS C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using methanol-water as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. Results: According to cluster analysis and similarity calculation of 19 batches of windbreaks, 17 batches of medicinal herbs in Baiquan, Heilongjiang and other places were classified as the recommended products, while the windbreaks in Shaanxi and Chongqing were classified as non-recommended products. The results were consistent with the determination results. Conclusion: The windproof HPLC fingerprinting can be used as a basis for quality control and classification evaluation of windbreaks.
