目的探讨注射用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠致不良反应/事件的发生情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用excel对我院2005年5月至2011年4月收集上报的72例注射用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠所致的不良反应/事件进行整理,对患者年龄、性别、累及系统—器官及主要临床表现、不良反应/事件级别、转归等情况进行统计分析。结果我院上报的注射用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠所致的不良反应/事件主要发生在51~60岁年龄组;不良反应/事件共累及9个系统一器官,主要为皮肤及附件损害和胃肠系统损害;采取治疗措施后,“治愈”16例,占比22.22%;“好转”56例,占比77.78%。结论临床应加强注射用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠的合理使用,以避免或减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To investigate the incidence of adverse reactions / events caused by cefoperazone and sulbactam sodium for injection and to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods Using Excel, we collected 72 reported cases of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium in our hospital from May 2005 to April 2011, and analyzed the patients’ age, sex, system-organ involvement and Major clinical manifestations, adverse reaction / event level, outcome and other statistical analysis. Results The adverse reactions / events caused by cefoperazone-sulbactam sodium for injection in our hospital mainly occurred in the age group of 51-60 years. Adverse reactions / events involved 9 organs and organs, which were mainly caused by skin and accessory damage and Gastrointestinal system damage; take treatment measures, “cure ” in 16 cases, accounting for 22.22%; “improvement ” in 56 cases, accounting for 77.78%. Conclusion Clinical use of cefoperazone-sulbactam sodium for injection should be strengthened to avoid or reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
