本文采用一阶导数光谱法测定氯霉素滴眼液的含量,消除了尼泊金乙酯的干扰。线性范围为1.097~3.840μg/ml,标准曲线的回归方程为D=1.420C-0.305,相关系数为r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.57%,相对标准偏差为0.48%(n=5)。
In this paper, first-order derivative spectrophotometry for the determination of chloramphenicol eye drops, eliminating the interference of ethylparaben. The linear range was 1.097 ~ 3.840μg / ml. The regression equation of standard curve was D = 1.420C-0.305, the correlation coefficient was r = 0.9998, the average recovery was 99.57%. The relative standard deviation 0.48% (n = 5).
