近年来,我国高技能人才培养工作取得了快速发展,为了总结高技能人才培养工作的实践经验,进一步明确新形势下政府、企业、培训机构在高技能人才培养工作中的责任和任务,探索高技能人才培养的途径、模式和方法,人力资源和社会保障部、辽宁省政府与国际劳工局定于2008年10月下旬在辽宁省沈阳市联合举办“第二届中国高技能人才国际论坛”。中国职业教育和职工培训协会(简称中国职协)
In recent years, the cultivation of highly skilled personnel in our country has witnessed rapid development.
