提出了一种新型的钢-混凝土组合柱形式,称为方型钢管自密实高强混凝土组合柱。在该组合柱中,将型钢构件放入方型钢管中,然后将自密实混凝土灌入方钢管中。通过对18根该组合柱的轴压试验,研究了混凝土强度、宽厚比、长宽比及型钢截面率对组合柱承载力和变形性能的分析。试验结果表明,组合柱中的型钢能有效地控制核心混凝土斜裂缝的产生,从而改变短柱的破坏模式和屈服后的性能。并提出了该组合柱轴向受荷的承载力计算公式。此计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
A new type of steel-concrete composite column is proposed, which is called square steel self-compacting high-strength concrete composite column. In the combined column, the steel members are placed in square steel pipes, and self-compacting concrete is poured into the square steel pipes. Through the axial compression test of 18 composite columns, the analysis of the bearing capacity and deformation performance of the composite columns is carried out. The concrete strength, aspect ratio, aspect ratio and section rate of section steel are studied. The test results show that the section steel in the composite column can effectively control the diagonal cracks in the core concrete and thus change the failure mode and yield performance of the short column. The formula for calculating the bearing capacity of the composite column under axial load is proposed. The calculation results agree well with the experimental results.
