通过室内培养试验、盆栽试验和田间试验测定了下蜀黄土上发育的水稻土对施入的铵态氮肥的固定能力、被固定的铵在盆栽种稻情况下的动态变化以及不施肥条件下水稻生长期间不同土层固定态铵的释放规律.结果表明,淹水条件下,土壤对施入铵的固定能力很强,固定速率也很快,但被固定的铵可在水稻生长旺盛期间重新释放出来.田间条件下,表层土壤(0-10cm)的矿物固定态铵含量下降较多,下层土壤(10-30cm)也有所降低.下降趋势与水稻吸氮强度的变化趋势基本一致,说明土壤新固定的铵有效性很高,在估计土壤的氮素供应时,该组分不能被忽视.
