Before the founding of the Shanghai Fish Market in 1936, the wholesale fish markets and retail markets such as vegetables, cured and fish shops supported the booming aquaculture market in Shanghai. With the continuous optimization of geographical space choices, the overall trend of aggregation and distribution was shown. During the process of space selection, fish banks basically inherited the traditional management mode, but they experienced the evolution of “centralization - decentralization - centralization” in spatial distribution mainly due to the high dependence on water transport and the influence of docks The largest city in the world. The performance of the modern food market is characterized by the fact that the interior space of the city is enriched and gradually westward and northeastward. The population gathered is the primary driving force for its evolution. The second is influenced by the urban construction. The cured and cured fish The distribution of shops and other aquatic retail stores is highly relevant to the business center.
