谁是我们的敌人,谁是我们的朋友,这个问题是中国革命的首要问题,也是中国企业集团发展的首要问题。国美集团总裁黄光裕说:国美最大的敌人是我们自己;德力西集团董事局主席胡成中说:打败我们的只有我们自己;长虹的倪润峰、联想的杨元庆都坦承:公司所息有的大企业病造成决策失误。大企业病正是企业集团最主要、最危险的敌人。中国企业集团在市场经济不发达环境中,大多依照传统体制方式组建,更易患上也更难去除大企业病,更难脱离政府呵护。但是面对入世保护期结束、外资大举进入以及政府改革深入,大企业病将严重阻碍中国企业集团的强力发展。到底什么是大企业病,大企业病的表现形态和治理方法是什么,大企业病将带来什么样的危害,中国的大企业病又是一种什么样的状态,国外大企业集团是如何面对这个病症等问题,《卓越管理》特此开坛。
