人们非常关注雌激素类抗放升白作用。D-高是中科院成都有机所化学合成,经四川工卫所动物实验证明有较好的抗辐射升白作用,且未发现明显副作用。为了对该药的临床效果作出评价,我们应用D-高注射液1mg、im、qd×6治疗白细胞减少症51例,采取用药前、后自身对照及与常用升白药疗效对比研究。其临床疗效有效率为83.4％,对照组为37.5％,并经统计学处理,差异非常显著,P<0.01,且未见明显不良反应。
People are very much concerned about the anti-aldosterone effect of estrogen. D-high Chengdu Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, animal experiments show that Sichuan Institute of Health have a better anti-radiation role in promoting radiation, and found no significant side effects. In order to evaluate the clinical effect of this medicine, we applied 51 cases of leucopenia treated with D-high injection 1mg, im, qd × 6, and compared their efficacy with that of commonly used ascending ailments before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy of effective rate was 83.4%, 37.5% in the control group, and the statistical treatment, the difference was significant, P <0.01, and no significant adverse reactions.
