以我国优秀女子铁饼运动员为研究对象,运用三维摄像、访谈等方法进行相关分析。研究表明,旋转加速类型分为2类:“快—快—慢—快”、“快—快—快—快”。2种类型的运动员在双支撑起转阶段通过预摆达到的速度差别不大。根据铁饼质心的瞬时速度、平均速度、时间、行程等数据表明:在单支撑和腾空阶段,第1类型的运动员数据指标好于第2类型的运动员;在过渡阶段,第1类型的运动员铁饼质心平均速度损失比较大,而第2类型保持逐渐增大;最后用力阶段2种类型的运动员出手参数达到了世界优秀女子铁饼运动员的数据指标。
