In the study of plant genetic transformation, explants can regenerate plants through adventitious bud induction, which is good for maintaining the good agronomic traits of the original cultivars or materials and then transferring them into specific traits controlled by a certain target gene to achieve the purpose of breed improvement. Although there have been reports of adventitious buds induced by cuttings and hypocotyl cuttings of sterile seedlings of Brassica oleracea L.var.copitata seeds, the induction frequency of adventitious buds is only about 4%.
