目的 :探讨白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 ) ,粒 -巨细胞集落刺激因子 (GM- CSF)在急性中毒中的作用。 方法 :对 41例急性中毒患者及 30例健康对照组用放射免疫方法测定血清 IL - 6 ,GM- CSF含量 ,并对 IL - 6与 GM- CSF,GM- CSF与白细胞及血小板绝对值做相关分析。 结果 :急性中毒组 IL- 6 ,GM- CSF含量均较对照组显著升高 (P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,病情愈重 ,IL- 6 ,GM-CSF含量愈高 ,急性中毒组 IL- 6与 GM- CSF,GM- CSF与白细胞绝对值呈正相关 ,GM- CSF与血小板无相关。 结论 :急性中毒组 IL- 6 ,GM- CSF含量高于对照组 ,说明机体在感染、应激条件下 ,细胞因子大量释放 ,且病情愈重释放愈多 ,表明 IL- 6、GM- CSF可能参与了急性中毒的病理过程。
Objective: To investigate the role of interleukin - 6 (IL - 6) and granulocyte - macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM - CSF) in acute poisoning. Methods: Serum levels of IL - 6 and GM - CSF were measured by radioimmunoassay in 41 patients with acute poisoning and 30 healthy controls. The correlations between IL - 6, GM - CSF, GM - CSF, leukocyte and platelet absolute analysis. Results: The levels of IL-6 and GM-CSF in acute poisoning group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05-0.01). The more severe the disease, the higher the levels of IL-6 and GM-CSF, Toxicity group IL-6 and GM-CSF, GM-CSF and leukocyte absolute value was positively correlated, GM-CSF and no correlation between platelets. CONCLUSIONS: The levels of IL-6 and GM-CSF in acute poisoning group are higher than those in control group, indicating that under the conditions of infection and stress, cytokines are released in large quantities and the more serious the disease is released, indicating that IL-6 and GM-CSF may Participate in the pathological process of acute poisoning.
