上海市2008年3月至4月的写字楼总成交面积为23.03平方米,成交套数2353套,成交金额36.39亿元,成交均价为15802元/平方米。全市共有122个楼盘实现成交,其中内环内48个、内中环20个、中外环23个、外郊环23个、郊环外8个。2008年3月和4月的写字楼市场成交面积平稳上升。其中3月的成交面积为10.49万平方米,环比下降了0.32%;成交均价为15300元/平方米,环比下降了3.13%。4月的成交面积为12.54万平方米.环比上升了19.59%;成交均价为16221元/平方米,环比上涨6.02%。
