玻璃离子水门汀以其粘结性强,色泽美观,对牙髓刺激性小,不磨牙或少磨牙,操作方便等优点,越来越受到欢迎.我科自88年开始,应用玻璃离子水门汀修复牙体缺损1446例1869颗牙.经1年～2年观察,随访1144例1472颗牙.复查率为79.1%.现将观察情况报告如下:临床资料一、本组观察1144例,其中男512例,女632例.年龄最小7岁,最大67岁.二、修复种类:本组1472颗牙中楔状缺损1056颗,简单Ⅱ类龋洞164颗,乳牙龋洞116颗.Ⅴ类龋洞96颗.Ⅲ类龋洞40颗.
