2013年10月21日,水电水利规划设计总院(可再生能源定额站)在西安组织召开了《光伏发电工程勘察设计收费标准》(以下简称“本标准”)编制集中办公讨论会。有关单位的专家和代表参加了会议。会议听取了编制组关于本标准编制过程和编制情况的汇报,与会专家和代表对标准初稿及成果测算进行了充分的讨论,并对下一步工作提出了具体修改意见和建议。按工作进度安排,将于2014年上半年完成本标准编制及报批工作。
On October 21, 2013, the Central Hydropower Planning and Design Institute (Renewable Energy Station) organized a centralized office seminar in Xi’an on “Charges for Survey and Design of Photovoltaic Power Projects” (hereinafter referred to as “this standard”). The experts and representatives of the relevant units attended the meeting. The meeting listened to the compilation group’s report on the compilation process and compilation of this standard. The experts and representatives at the participating conferences fully discussed the preliminary draft of the standard and the calculation of the results, and put forth specific suggestions and suggestions for the revision of the standard. According to the work schedule, the preparation and approval of this standard will be completed in the first half of 2014.
