最大吸气流速—容量曲线(Maximal inspiratory flow—Volume curve MIFV)正常值国内虽有报道,但测定例数较少,为了解我国健康人的正常值及与性别,年龄等因素对MIFV各常数的影响,我们应用上海产的流速容量记录仪,对240例健康人进行了测定,其结果如下: 对象与方法一、检查对象健康人受检查者系本院及医学院的医务人员,学生、干部及各单位健康体查者。健康人的标准;1.无呼吸系统及心血管疾病史;2.体检心,肺及血压均正常;3.X线透视或胸部拍片正常;4.心电图检查无异常发现者。本组共240人,男性120人,女性120人,年龄20~29岁,30~39岁,40~49岁,50~59岁,分四组,每组男女各30例,每个年龄组为60例,平均年龄男性为38.6岁,女性为39.3岁。二、仪器和测量方法应用上海第五七三厂生产的LR—80型流速容
