一、结合中国企业的特点,建立有利于党组织与企业重大问题决策的领导体制企业党组织参与重大问题的决策,是国有企业内部领导体制的应有之义.中央关于企业领导体制“三句话”精神,全面地体现了现代企业领导体制的要求及适应社会化大生产的特点,股份制企业也不应例外.
I.
