继珠江三角洲经济区介入国际经济大循环的舞台,上海经济区也提上了日程。新年伊始,市府已就上海的经济发展战略作出了总体部署。建设现在与将来,都要了解过去,知道昨天和今天。因此,无论上海经济区参与国内循环也好,国际循环也好,都有必要掌握上海经济区尤其是上海的历史,这对于振兴上海经济,乃至全国经济,都具有重要的意义。
