通过对磨削过程产生振动原因的分析,磨削过程中主要有强迫振动和颤振,强迫振动主要原因是砂轮不平衡和偏心,因此可以通过多次平衡和整形交替方法来消除振动。磨削加工主要体现在再生型颤振,其产生振动主要有砂轮表面再生型颤振、工件表面再生型颤振及扭转振动对振动产生影响,因此磨削过程中可以采取变速磨削及工艺条件适配法等措施,可以明显减少磨削中振动,提高了磨削加工质量及加工劳动生产率,同时延长了砂轮的使用寿命
