目的探讨STA无痛麻醉仪在心电监护拔牙术中的应用效果。方法 200例行心电监护拔牙术的心血管疾病患者,随机分为观察组(采用STA局部麻醉)和对照组(采用传统注射局部麻醉),各100例。比较分析麻醉时患者的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)、Frankl治疗依从性量表、Houpt行为量表以及麻醉效果评分、患者在麻醉注射前后血压和心率的波动情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组VAS评分降低、Frankl和Houpt评分升高(P<0.05)。两组麻醉效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与麻醉注射前比较,对照组注射后舒张压、收缩压、心率明显升高(P<0.05);观察组麻醉注射前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心电监护拔牙术中使用STA无痛麻醉仪能明显减轻麻醉中心血管疾病患者血压、心率波动和疼痛程度,提高合作度和耐受度,可广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the application of STA painless anesthesia instrument in electrocardiographic monitor extraction. Methods A total of 200 cardiovascular patients undergoing electrocardiogram (ECG) extraction and extraction surgery were randomly divided into observation group (local anesthesia with STA) and control group (local anesthesia with traditional injection), each with 100 cases. The pain visual analog scale (VAS), Frankl treatment compliance scale, Houpt behavior scale and anesthesia score were compared between the two groups before and after anesthesia. Results Compared with the control group, VAS score decreased and Frankl and Houpt scores increased in the observation group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in anesthesia between the two groups (P> 0.05). Compared with those before anesthesia, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and heart rate were significantly increased in the control group after injection (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the observation group before and after anesthesia injection (P> 0.05). Conclusions The use of STA painless anesthesia instrument during ECG extraction can significantly reduce the blood pressure, heart rate fluctuation and pain in patients with cardiovascular diseases, improve the co-operation degree and tolerance and can be widely used.
