睾丸精原细胞瘤(testicularseminoma)是发生率低的男性生殖系肿瘤近20年来,由于环境污染等影响,精原细胞瘤的发生率升高,但患者多为单侧性发病,双侧精原细胞瘤甚为少见。我们新近收治双侧睾丸精原细胞瘤1例,报道如下。
