社区公共服务发展的实践表明,社会工作是开展城市社区公共服务的重要组织载体。社会工作介入城市社区公共服务,对于满足城市居民社区公共服务需求、提升社区公共服务发展水平,具有深远意义。但目前,仍存在诸多问题。本文对社会工作介入城市社区公共服务面临的困境进行探讨,并提出了一些发展对策,以更好地发挥社会工作在社区公共服务中的作用。
The practice of community public service development shows that social work is an important organizational carrier for carrying out public services in urban communities. The involvement of social work in urban community public service has far-reaching significance in meeting the public service needs of urban residents and in enhancing the level of community public service development. But at present, there are still many problems. This article discusses the social work intervention in the urban community public service difficulties, and puts forward some development strategies to better play the social work in the community public service.
