一、对外贸易和情报工作(一)信息与情报当今社会中信息的巨大作用不言而喻,科学技术的迅猛发展,使得人类急步跨入信息社会。信息一般可分为自然信息、生物信息、机器信息、人类信息四大类。信息的要素有两个:一是差异;二是传递。人类正是通过与客观世界的相互作用中接收到的信息来感知世界,认识世界的。我们所拥有的知识就是人们将收集到的信息进行加工、组织的结果。可以说信息是人类建立和改变知识结构与成份的“物质”基础,是客观世界的普遍现象。
I. Foreign Trade and Information Work (I) Information and Intelligence The tremendous role of information in our society today goes without saying that the rapid development of science and technology has led to the urgent move of mankind into the information society. Information can be divided into four categories: natural information, biological information, machine information and human information. There are two elements of information: First, the difference; the second is passed. It is through the information received in the interaction with the objective world that humankind perceives the world and knows the world. The knowledge we have is the result of the processing and organization of the information that people collect. It can be said that information is the “material” basis for mankind to establish and change the structure and composition of knowledge, which is a common phenomenon in the objective world.
