血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ＡＣＥＩ)与安体舒通联用可使顽固性心力衰竭患者临床状况改善;对原发性高血压患者左室肥厚亦产生有益影响,然而联合用药导致的高血钾危险却使人们忧虑。本文研究两者联用导致严重高血钾的特点及其后果。
