医院如何使所有病员一入院就能感受到舒适安静的环境,接受满意的服务,加强住院陪护人员的管理,使陪护人员遵守医院的各项规章制度至关重要。我院自1993～1995年对680名陪护人员施行具体宣教指导,加强管理,收到了显著的效果,现报告如下: 一般资料1 按三级甲等医院标准要求,住院患者陪护率应<10％。三年来,我们对680名陪护人员进行了宣传指导,收到了良好的效果。
