精密齿轮传动的应用十分广泛 ,空程是衡量精密齿轮在工作状态下的重要质量指标之一 .利用随机模拟方法给出了可调中心距齿轮链空程在各种情况下的模拟曲线及计算结果 .结果表明 :综合径向齿隙B(t)的一维分布近似于正态分布 ,在 [E - 2D ,E +2D]上B(t)可认为与正态分布N(E ,D)相同 ,在某些情况下 ,可以将B(t)的一维分布作正态分布处理 .文中关于齿隙的计算结果只须折算成空程便可应用于精密机械设计等工作
The application of precision gear transmission is very wide, and the freewheel is one of the important quality indexes to measure the precision gear under the working condition.The simulation curve and calculation of the adjustable center distance from the gear chain in various situations are given by using the stochastic simulation method The results show that the one dimensional distribution of the integrated radial backlash B (t) approximates the normal distribution, and B (t) can be considered to be proportional to the normal distribution N (E, D ), In some cases, the one-dimensional distribution of B (t) can be treated as a normal distribution.The calculation results about the backlash in this paper can be applied to the work of precision mechanical design
