目的阐述健康档案是基本公共卫生服务工作的基础。方法从基本公共卫生服务工作的实际出发,分析健康档案的建立、更新应用、信息价值、探索科学有效的信息利用和资源共享。结果居民健康档案的更新应用始终以居民的健康为核心,贯穿整个生命过程,贯穿基本公共卫生服务的全过程。结论建立和用活健康档案是提高公共卫生服务质量的重要途径。
Aim To state that health records are the basis of basic public health services. Methods Based on the actual work of basic public health services, this paper analyzes the establishment, update and application of health records, and the value of information, and explores the scientific and effective information utilization and resource sharing. Results The update and application of residents’ health records has always been centered on the health of residents. Throughout the life process, they have run through the whole process of basic public health services. Conclusion Establishing and using live health files is an important way to improve the quality of public health services.
