为了贯彻45号文件精神,实施素质教育,提高办学水平,我校于1991年秋开展了“素质目标构建与评估”的实验。要保证实验正常进行,首先必须提高教师的素质。我认为,目前教师两个方面的素质亟待提高。一是职业道德素质;二是社会文化素质。为了迅速提高教师的这两个方面的素质,采取以下措施是行之有效的。一、树典型、立教规在我的身边就有各种优秀典型,关键是树不树。以小人之心,高于我的均可视而不见;以君子之腹,齐于我的亦有可树之处。1991年元旦,我将全校教师中历年来在评先进或评优课活动中受表彰和获奖的情况,在学校画廊里用七幅版面展出照片并介绍事迹。被展出表扬的教师达86人次。在全校师生中引起了轰
