目的分子自组装膜电极对多巴胺的测定。方法在金表面形成末端硫醇化的聚乙二醇分子自组装膜,多巴胺在该膜电极上有较好的响应,而抗坏血酸的反应则被阻碍。结果该膜电极用于多巴胺的测定,其线性范围为5×10-3~5×10-6mol/L,检测下限达1×10-6mol/L,并具有较强的抗干扰能力。结论分子自组装膜电极具有分子识别作用,可用于在抗坏血酸存在下多巴胺的测定。
Objective Molecular self-assembled membrane electrode for the determination of dopamine. The method formed a self-assembled film of terminal thiolated polyethylene glycol on the gold surface, dopamine had a good response on the membrane electrode, and the ascorbic acid reaction was hindered. Results The membrane electrode was used for the determination of dopamine. The linear range of the membrane electrode was 5 × 10-3 ~ 5 × 10-6 mol / L with the detection limit of 1 × 10-6 mol / L and a strong anti-interference ability. Conclusion The molecular self-assembly membrane electrode has molecular recognition and can be used for the determination of dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid.
