8月28日,在日本东京召开的第九届国际古植物学大会上,中国古生物学会秘书长、国家古生物化石专家委员会委员王永栋作学术报告,透露在深圳大鹏发现早侏(zhū)罗纪古植物化石,其中保存完好的本内苏铁“花”(见左图)在国际古生物学界广受关注。王永栋通过网络告诉记者,深圳地质学者段维在深圳大鹏半岛地区先后发现和采获了一批早侏罗纪植物化石标本。这批化石中最引人注目的是保存有一块本内苏铁“花”的标本,标本整体形态为卵圆形呈开
On August 28, at the Ninth International Conference of Paleobotany held in Tokyo, Japan, Wang Yong-dong, secretary-general of the Chinese Society of Paleontology and a member of the National Committee of Paleontology and Fossils, made an academic report, revealing that in the Dapeng town of Shenzhen, Ancient plant fossils, of which the well-preserved native Cycadaceae “flower” (see photo on the left) are of great concern in the international paleontology community.
