本文主要介绍了基于Web的远程教育系统──MNES多媒体网络教育站的设计思想，构造一个适合于二十一世纪教育发展要求的现代化教学环境模型，并给出了部分实现方法。
This article mainly introduces the design of Web-based distance education system ─ ─ MNES multimedia network education station, constructs a modern teaching environment model suitable for the education development in the 21st century, and gives some methods of implementation.
