营销团队的广泛应用使得对其绩效管理成为企业的一个关键环节。本文指出了目前营销团队绩效管理中的一些问题,并根据营销团队的特点,提出利用团队平衡记分卡和个人平衡记分卡来进行改进,从而达到管控团队与市场的目的。
The widespread use of marketing teams makes performance management a key part of their business. This paper points out some problems in the current performance management of marketing team. According to the characteristics of marketing team, it puts forward the use of team balance scorecard and personal balance scorecard to improve, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling team and market.
