外行也明白,“可行项目”是指经过可行性研究,证明是可行的项目。然而,时下确有“可行项目行不通,不可行”的怪事。笔者前不久从某行业内审工作会上获知,某企业几年前筹资一千余万元,于异地修建一“游乐城”。
The layman also understands that “feasible project” refers to a project that has been proved to be feasible through feasibility studies. However, there are indeed strange things that “feasible projects do not work and are not feasible.” The author recently learned from an industry internal audit working meeting that a company had raised more than 10 million yuan a few years ago to build an “Amusement City” in a different place.
