Objective: To compare the clinical value of stereotactic targeted minimally invasive surgery and craniotomy in brain tumors. Methods: Sixty patients with brain tumors admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given stereotactic targeted minimally invasive surgery for brain tumors. The control group was given routine craniotomy Treatment, the treatment effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results: The 1-year survival rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the scores of ADL (daily living ability) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) Statistical significance. Conclusion: The clinical effect of stereotactic targeted minimally invasive surgery for brain tumors in brain tumors is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
