一、对办学初六年的新思考崇明分校办学的初六年(1983—1988),曾招收商业、机械、电器、党政、中文、财会、工企管理、秘书、法律等9个专业的学员,共计410人。其中县级企事业单位的职工有358人,真正属于乡镇企业编制的为62人,占总数的15.1％。仅此一项统计就足以使我们认识到:县级电大不能只以高等学历教育为办学的主要目标,而应花力气发展非学历教育,把提高乡镇企事业职工素质的岗位培训放在重要位置上。
