目的探讨阿卡波糖胶囊剂与进口片剂的临床疗效比较。方法研究对象为2009年7月至2010年12月我院收治的56例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组28例。观察组给予国产阿卡波糖胶囊剂,对照组给予进口阿卡波糖片剂,观察2组降糖效果。结果治疗后,观察组及对照组的FBG、2hPBG、HbAlc等指标均有显著改善(P<0.05);而同一时期2组之间各指标均无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组的腹胀、腹痛发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);而排期增加2组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 2种降糖药物治疗效果无显著差异,而不良反应上阿卡波糖胶囊剂优于进口阿卡波糖片剂,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acarbose capsules and imported tablets. Methods The subjects were 56 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from July 2009 to December 2010 and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 28 cases in each group. The observation group was given domestic acarbose capsules, while the control group was given acarbose tablets. The hypoglycemic effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the indexes of FBG, 2hPBG and HbAlc in the observation group and the control group were significantly improved (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between the two groups in the same period (P> 0.05) , The incidence of abdominal pain was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions There is no significant difference between the two antidiabetic drugs. The adverse reactions of acarbose capsules are better than that of acarbose tablets, which is worth to be popularized clinically.
