对铅黄铜的超塑性及有关问题进行了研究。其总延伸率(δF)为85~223.3%。m—δ曲线属mL=mmax型,呈三种形式(基本形式,上升式及下降式).应用CL(刘勤)方程式对各式曲线进行了计算,获得了全部有关特征参数.证实了作为每条曲线的特征参数之一的总延伸率(δF)由该曲线的其余参数的综合效果所决定。对有关微观变化进行了研究。
The superplasticity of lead brass and related problems were studied. The total elongation (δF) of 85 ~ 223.3%. m-δ curve is mL = mmax type, was in three forms (basic form, ascending and descending). All kinds of curves were calculated by using CL (Liu Qin) equation, and all relevant characteristic parameters were obtained. It was confirmed that the total elongation (δF) as one of the characteristic parameters of each curve is determined by the combined effect of the remaining parameters of the curve. The relevant micro-changes were studied.
