目前,学校发展规划也逐渐成为我国教育改革的一个热点。我国各地正在进行的教育均衡发展和基础薄弱学校的治理与改进,都非常重视学校发展规划,并把它作为改进学校管理效率的一个重要工具或手段。但我国很多教育规划的制定是学校的几位校长冥思苦想所得,有的是请人捉刀代笔完成,在随后的具体实施中又缺乏有效的调控策略,最后导致教育规划聊胜于无,不了了之。
At present, the school development planning has gradually become a hot spot in China’s education reform. The balanced development of education in various parts of the country and the improvement and governance of weak basic schools all attach great importance to school development planning and serve as an important tool or measure to improve the efficiency of school management. However, the formulation of many educational programs in our country is made by several principals of the school. Some of them are completed by people, and in the subsequent implementation there is a lack of effective regulation and control strategy. Finally, education planning is better than nothing.
